...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM THURSDAY TO 7 AM
EST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches.
Temperatures will also drop below freezing very quickly
Thursday afternoon and evening, with any wet surfaces rapidly
freezing.

* WHERE...Portions of east central, south central and southeast
Kentucky.

* WHEN...From 11 AM Thursday to 7 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult. The hazardous
conditions will impact the the Thursday evening commute with
icy conditions linging into Christmas morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling.
