Tilghman went on a 10-0 run in the second quarter to trim the lead down to 26-24. McCracken promptly went on an 18-2 run of their own to regain control and never look back.

It would be a tough game for Tilghman at full health, without their best player in Michael Laster who was out sick, there wasn't much chance to even stay competitive.

The loss to Collins really seems to have lit a fire under the Mustangs. With or without Laster, PTHS is a good team. Coupled with a dominating win over a fine Calloway squad, McCracken seems to be coming together at the right time. Still it will be tough to beat the Tornado 3 times in a year in the District 2, and I truly hope the Stangs can avoid seeing Marshall or Tilghman in the regionals.
