December 17, 20196 yr As reported by various media outlets, including ESPN, Sindelar has chosen to end his playing career and not return to Purdue for a sixth year of eligibility. He missed most of the last two seasons with shoulder and knee injuries. He also suffered a torn ACL in 2017. You hate to see it end like this, but he's already got his degree from Purdue in electrical engineering and has much to look forward to. Best of wishes to one of the greatest to ever throw a football in the state of Kentucky.
December 17, 20196 yr How many ACL injuries did he wind up having? He had one when he was a senior in high school I believe.
