Signature win for Bardstown. First trip to 3rd round since 2007.

Tigers with approx. 220 yds. rushing and 200 passing, 3 passing TD's (3 different receivers), 2 rushing TD's, a defensive INT return for TD, and a special-teams punt return for TD, continuing a theme of balance that has been present all year long. Defense forced 4 TO's and had 4 sacks.

Bardstown did put the ball on the ground 4 times in the 1st half or this game would have been more lopsided.

A balance team is hard team to get a handle on. Big win Bardstown, and way to turn the tables on a terrific E-town team.

There are plenty of balanced teams sitting at the house along w some that are still playing. Just like there are teams who aren’t remotely balanced sitting at home, while some are still playing.

Bardstown has speed all over the field and a QB that has came into his own this year. When well coached and playmakers all over the place on both sides of the ball are thrown together (as is E-town and other teams still out there), this is the result. That’s what’s tough to handle.
