Reviewing the preseason top 10 players, if you know anything about the skill level of the players in the 14th region, there’s no way you can leave out Wilgus Tolson from Wolfe County. He transferred from Scott County mid season last year and this past spring dropped 34 points, scoring any way he wanted, in the 14th region All Star game.

Agreed on Tolson being in top 10 in 14th region, what about the other 9 players?
