While certainly recruiters make their own searches and contacts and film (and grades) are what gets them to the player, it never hurts to have some rep on a site like this, which may be a starting point for a name lookup and some publicity. This is the best site in the state for that, and both team and player rankings and some post-season honors here can always lead to a communication. If your kid is good enough, by all means hype him here. Just be respectful and be realistic.
