June 4, 20197 yr Anyone have any information on the Redhawks this year? Wasn't sure if Meyer or any of the other Cov Cath guys will be looking at any playing time this year?
June 5, 20197 yr Kam Butler played in 10 games last year and had six tackles and 1/2 sack. I would imagine Butler's playing time and production will go up this fall. I understand the quarterback race hasn't been decided yet, but redshirt freshman AJ Mayer is in the mix. Senior Sam Murrer, now listed at 6'4" 280 should see some time on the d-line. No inside info on what the plans are for freshman Jack Coldiron, but a red shirt may be in play as Miami likes to red shirt their tight ends.
June 5, 20197 yr Author I looked at the QB depth chart and all QB's are either Freshman or Sophomore's. So whomever wins, should have a head start for the next 3-4 years. I think a redshirt for Coldiron would be a good idea, give him some time to put some weight and muscle on that frame of his.
