Crazy game. PT controlled the game for the first 2 1/2 quarters. Mayfield took a 9 point lead in the 4th. For some reason they kept shooting the ball down the stretch and Pt took advantage and took a 2 point lead with 7 seconds left on 2 FTs by Thomas. Mayfield gets its to half court and call a timeout with 3.9. The sideline play was for Guthrie but PT defended it well Neely flashes to the ball and hits 8 foot jump hook to tie the game.

 

Mayfield takes control in OT but continued to take bad shots with the lead. They were very lucky to survive. I’m not sure they have the discipline to beat McCracken.
