Including the cities of Mount Vernon, Fairfield, Albion, Mount Carmel, Pinckneyville, West Frankfort, McLeansboro, Carmi, Carbondale, Murphysboro, Herrin, Harrisburg, Shawneetown, Jonesboro, Vienna, Golconda, Elizabethtown, Cairo, Mound City, Metropolis, Wickliffe, Paducah, Smithland, Perryville, Marble Hill, Cape Girardeau, Jackson, Piedmont, Van Buren, Doniphan, Poplar Bluff, Bloomfield, Sikeston, Charleston, and New Madrid 409 AM CST Sat Feb 9 2019 ...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 3 AM TO NOON CST SUNDAY... * WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected, including a period of light freezing rain. Ice accumulations of up to one tenth of an inch expected, and snow accumulations less than an inch expected. * WHERE...Portions of southeast Missouri, western Kentucky and southern Illinois. * WHEN...From 3 AM to noon CST Sunday. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Even very small amounts of ice can produce very dangerous driving conditions. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
