All of Tilghman's points came in the 1st qtr after returning the opening kickoff for a touchdown. They then went on a 12 play, 76 yard drive to take a 12-0 lead. That was also the halftime score. Tilghman ended the game on a 16 play time eating drive to put it away.

 

Christian County's touchdown came on an 8 yard drive after they downed a punt at the Tilghman 1 yd line to pin them back deep. They played it safe, went 3 and out and then shanked the punt out to only the 8 yard line. Christian scored on 4th and 8 after not picking up any yards.

 

Damien Ford, an explosive playmaker for Tilghman on both sides of the ball will return for the playoffs after many feared his season may have been over after an injury in the Trigg game. Several other key pieces are healing up nicely to try and make a deep playoff run.

 

Tilghman ends the season 8-2 after playing the exact same schedule as last year's team that finished 4-6.

 

Hart County is up first in the playoffs with the likely familiar trip to E-Town to follow.
