Reseeding the State Semifinals

If I'm not mistaken the KHSAA stated that starting this fall the playoffs would be reseeded for the semifinal round. There was a quote from someone higher up saying they had yet to establish how that would be done. Have I missed something or has this still not been made official/public? It seems like something that we should already know about.

I think they voted to do that starting with the realignment next season as there has not been a ranking to reseed established.
