Looks to be a pleasant night for high school football across Kentucky this upcoming Friday night. Temperatures look to be in the mid to upper 70s across the entire state for around game time 8 pm EDT/7 CDT.

 

 

There is a chance for some light rain showers. For now, they look to be very light may be around a .10 of an inch of accumulation through 2 am EDT/1 CDT.

 

 

I will update as we get closer to Friday night.

Some will see some scattered showers and a possible thunderstorm during the games on Friday. Those who will be under the stronger storms could receive upwards to an inch of rain accumulations. This mainly is around the Glasgow and Somerset areas. For now, it seems that the rain will remain south of the I-65 corridor. The temperatures look to be from the mid to upper 70s for most of Kentucky. Some could even be in the low 80s by game time. Those who receive rain could see temps in the mid to upper 60s

 

 

 

As of now know severe weather is expected but those in and around the areas I mentioned above should have a plan in case a thunderstorm moves through your area.

Isolated to scattered thunderstorms will be possible later today and tonight. Rainfall totals look to be light from around from .10 to .25 inches. Localized total of around 1 inch will be possible under the heavier showers.

Temperatures look to be generally from the high 70s to lower 80s mainly in the areas that don't see the rain. Those who get the rain will see temps from around the high 60s to low 70s around game time.
