This is the best idea in theory, but I'm not sure how it would be implemented. Because 1 coaching staff will be out of a job.

 

I would be surprised if either team had a full staff.

The best thing that could happen is to merge Fulton City, Fulton County and Hickman County. They’d still likely be a 1A team. Next best option is to do away with their team and the ones who want to play can attend South Fulton or Fulton County.
