What teams have a shot at the playoff? Any breakout teams this year I.e. FAU 2017? In this we can also discuss Notre Dame and where they fit into the playoff equation.

Notre Dame is the ONLY non-Power 5 conference team that has any chance at a spot in the playoff they will have to go undefeated at that.

ND could get in with 1 loss if there are multiple 2 loss champs. I also think UCF can get in this year if they go undefeated.

Better watch out for Memphis.
