May 12, 20188 yr Bruins forward Brad Marchand said Wednesday that after a few days of looking back on his season, he has decided he needs to stop doing things like licking opponents. Twice in the playoffs Marchand licked an opponent on the face during small scrums: the Maple Leafs' Leo Komarov in the first round and the Lightning's Ryan Callahan in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference semifinals. Both licks got a lot of attention and criticism, but Marchand brushed them off. "I've got to cut that (stuff) out." Ya think?! What adult would think it was okay in the first place? Maybe he could work on stopping the low-bridge hits as well. Article
