Northern Ky high school basketball will be proudly represented in Division II GVLC post season conference play by Bellarmine's two former high school stars at Augusta and Newport Catholic. The #4 nationally ranked Bellarmine Knights enter the conference tourney at 25-2 against William Jewell 20-8 tonight at S.I.U.

Bach, senior OG, leads the Knights at 15.8 ppg while shooting 57.0% from the field, 47.1% from 3FG, 76.9% on FT and 3.2 rebs. Brent (the Augusta Rifle) was honored with 1st Team All GLVC recognition announced this week.

Weyer, sophomore stretch 4, contributes heavily with 8.9 ppg while shooting 47.8% FG, 43.6% 3FG, 76.0% FT and 4.2 rebs.

Loved watching both of them in high school. Not at all surprised they've had great careers thus far at Bellarmine.
