Got a new lock, bolt cutters, and some kind of spray ( I'm assuming like WD40). Sprayed it first and after a little working the key it popped open. I replaced the rusty lock anyway.

 

A rusty lock that you bought at Walmart? Can’t believe you had issues getting it opened.
