Sounds like a good hire after 6 years with the Indianapolis Colts with 3 as the OLB coach there.

He played OLB for Wake Forest and previously coached at Murray St and Air Force before joining the Colts. Also hearing Dean Hood will help with the DB's now.

Thoughts?

Its all about recruiting in College. Meaning I have known a lot of good coaches that don't pan out because of the recruiting side of things.
