North Oldham / Oldham County predictions

Monday 1/22/18

Big 29th district seeding game as North Oldham - 10-7 on the season and riding a school-record 6 game winning streak - travels to Oldham County HS for a matchup with the Oldham County Lady Colonels (11-5).

North Oldham won the very first matchup between the two schools on 12/20/2005, defeating OC, 58-53, but the Lady Colonels have won the last sixteen and lead the series, 16-1.

Caitlyn Chen has been hot of late for North, averaging about 12 ppg over the last nine contests...A. T. Procter leads the Lady Mustangs overall at 11.5 ppg. Procter and Sarah Fiorito both tallied 21 points in Saturday's 70-25 win over Iroquois.

Oldham has won three in a row and 8 of their last 9. The Lady Colonels are led by Sophia Head, who scored 17 points in Friday's win over CAL and who averages 14.9 ppg.

This will be North's first district seeding game; Oldham is 1-1 and could still potentially tie for the number one seed with a victory over the Lady Mustangs.
