Minnesota(14-8,3-6 Big) is so depleted thanks to injuries, that they are having troubles competing in a weakened Bug Ten conference. At one point in the 2nd half Minnesota went over 9:00 without a bucket.

 

For Ohio State(17-4, 8-0 it was one of those games, at this point of the season they were suppose to win. Ohio State has not had that in awhile, so it is extra special to see that. when it comes to the basketball program.

 

For Minnesota Jordan Murphy(SAN ANTONIO, TX) led the way with 13 points, even though he went out with an injury and missed several minutes. Minnesota hit just 38.3% of their shots from the field.

 

The Buckeyes were led by Keita Bates-Diop(Normal, Ill) with 21 points and 12 rebounds, though he struggled again from the field hitting just 7-21 shots.Kaleb Wesson(Westerville,Ohio)added 15 points and 8 rebounds. The Buckeyes connected on just 40.9% of their shots from the field.

Even on their off days they still beat teams by 18 points. This team could really make some noise. I really hope they make it through this easier stretch of Big 10 games undefeated before they play Purdue. I’m really looking forward to that game. I don’t think OSU is on that level but I am curious to see how they stack up.
