Suspended Game Question

Last night's girls' game between Mason County and Walton-Verona was stopped with just under 20 minutes to play in the first half. According to the Maysville paper, the game was "postponed" (they didn't use the term "suspended") and rescheduled for tonight.

 

Will the game be replayed or resumed?

Usually the game would be resumed from the point it was stopped. Must play at least a complete half in soccer to have the game be considered official.

Thanks. That was my assumption, but nobody seemed to have a definitive answer last night.

A quick followup - the game was indeed resumed at the point at which it was suspended the evening before, as Gunner stated. My understanding is that the coaching staff representing the team that was trailing 1-0 when the game was stopped lobbied for a complete restart, asking that the sloppy field conditions on Wednesday be taken into consideration. However, as both teams obviously competed on that field, the request was denied.
