Region 1 - Russellville vs. Crittenden County (this is a very weak region)

 

Region 2 - Beechwood vs. KCD (possible KCD/Ludlow in the 2nd round would be interesting)

 

Region 3 - Paintsville vs. Raceland (for the fourth straight year)

 

Region 4 - Hazard vs. Williamsburg (wouldn't surprise me to see Pikeville instead of Williamsburg)
