I have had a look at a number of JV teams from across the state.

Dunbar looked good during the week at the Oldham JV tournament, but lost to a mediocre Ballard team on the saturday, when the varsity also had a game scheduled vs. Dublin Coffman. Draw your own conclusions.

 

 

 

Excellent: St X-Deep and good. interesting point-JV is all sophs., no sophs. on varsity full time(some appear to have played a few games and gone back to JV)

Good:Oldham County, Trinity, Dunbar

Above Average: South Oldham

Average: Manual, Ballard, Collins, Male

Below Average:Atherton, Lex Catholic

NOT GOOD: Eastern, CAL, KCD

 

on an interesting note, I just noticed that Jeffersontown HS in Louisville didn't field a team this year.
