South Warren 27 Central Hardin 17

Featured Replies

P.S. to everyone who is concerned, Central field was in great shape after last week's game. SHEW! NOW that this settled onto bigger fish to fry.

This was a quality win for Central Hardin. Is South Warren ready for Bowling Green?

Confused quality win for Central Hardin???? South won 27-17. Central Hardin only had 19 yards offense first half. If Lacey hadn't gone out in 3trd I don't know if they would have scored a TD. Once Lacey went out Central Hardin's RB went up the middle for 70 yards and their first TD. South immediately went back to work and answered then Central Hardin drove the ball on a mixture of run plays and a few passes before scoring their second TD. There was no urgency in them and that drive took a lot of time off the clock and Perry much sealed their fate.

What I am saying is they were able to move the ball when Lacy was not in. It allowed Central Hardin to then block Pete Cross South"s linebacker and have success up the middle.

South was perrty much in control all game. Refs threw. Lot of flags on south. Which stalled drives for South multiple times.

Note I am not saying Central Hardin was bad. Hobbs and Valtine are very good strong athletes. Central Hardins FB runs the ball very strong and is not afraid to take a hit. Hobbs the QB has a very strong arm. And number 7 on defense played all over the field.

It was a quality win for South but to me was not as close as the scoreboard looked.

Yes, I meant over Central Hardin. It was a typo.

No problem I do it all the time. Oh by the way I hate autocorrect.
