Dante was the recipient of the Fox 19 Athlete of the Year award last week and last night he received male athlete of the year award from Cincinnati Enquirer. Beat out Bolden of Colerain and another young man from Loveland, I think, but do not remember his name. All 3 very deserving of the award based on accomplishments but what an honor for Dante.

Congratulations Dante, a very special athlete but an even better young man. Can't wait to watch you in Terre Haute for the Sycamores the next four years! Also, congrats to all of the other winners and nominees, what an honor to just be nominated!

Very humble young man and is working his tail off everyday at 5:30am. The future is certainly bright and frankly can't wait to see him perform at the next level. I hope he makes some of the local schools realize just how much they missed out on by not evaluating NKY talent a little more. He should do well at Indiana State.
