LexCath QB Beau Allen offered by UK

Featured Replies

Lexington Catholic QB Beau Allen has been offered by the home town Kentucky Wildcats. Beau, class of 2020, took over as the starter for the Knights as a freshman after the Cooper game last season. The Knights went on 6 game win streak following the change before falling to Louisville Central in RD 3 of the playoffs, a game in which Allen was knocked out of the game early in the contest.

This offer follows other early offers from Bowling Green and Eastern Kentucky.

Allen's dad played for UK.

Who is his dad?

Bill Allen. Played under Claiborne at UK IIRC.

I watched Beau play against Garrard County last season and came away as impressed with him as I was with Kyle Bolin. I was floored when I found out he was a freshman. This kid is good. He's really good.
