Is Anyone Good With Photoshop?

I need a picture photoshopped onto another picture and I don't think it will be too difficult but I'm heavily brain damaged and have no clue how to do it.

 

Is anyone else halfway decent at it that can help me? Shouldn't be too tough but, like I said, I have no clue.
