Final.

I haven't heard from anyone that was at this one but from what little I could tell from the highlights on our local news and checking in from time to time on the radio was that Paris had too much speed and experience for Faiview.

Fairview had to many turnovers. They had 7 I believe. Paris had a 24-0 lead and Fairview never quit and came back but never could recover from their mistakes. They played a Freshman QB who was playing in his first varsity game ever and he performed very well, passing for 132 yds. It seems our district is really improving and becoming very balanced with the addition of some good young players. It should be some exciting football in our area for years to come.

:thumb: :thumb: I certainly agree with that cville and one thing that we can promise is that under Coach Tackett, Fairview will not quit. They will be a dangerous football the rest of this season.

Paris took over the game in the first minute of the game. Fairview fumbled on the first kickoff of the game and Paris scored within the first minute of the game. Then scored again quickly.

One kid from Fairview decided to try to start something on Paris' sideline before half-time. Penalties were off-set... However saw A LOT of chop blocking, face masks, taunting, from the Fairview team.

However Paris didn't have to act that way, the score spoke for it all.
