Have they lost all of their top officials? I have been to several games in that region and most of the top guys are missing in action?

Most of the good one have retired or went to the next level

I live in the 14th region and they have had several officials simply quit right in the middle of the season. Don't know the reasons or anything. Maybe just got tired of doing what can be an aggravating job. I was told the region is down to only 24 officials right now.
