They had been in first all season, but the losing streak has taken care of that. This time it was Wooster(15-6, 12-2 NCAC) handing out the beating. Leading the Big Red in defeat with 17 points was, Jett Speelman(Newark Catholic)He added six rebounds and 2 steals to his slate.Matthew Bauer(Winnetka, Ill. / Loyola Academy) had a double, double, with 13 points and 10 boards.David Meurer(Newark Catholic) struggled from the field but still found 12 points on the day. For Wooster it was one of those games where it all went right for them. They hot 50% from the floor, 81.8% from the charity strip and had 35 boards to 34 for Denison. Leading the way in victory was,Dan Fanelly(Uniontown, Ohio Green)24 points.Mitch Balser(Centerville, Ohio Centerville) had 10 points off of the bench.Reece Dupler(Newark/Lakewood High School)had 12 points.
