Step in the right direction for the team, but it may be possible that starting tailback Darrious Brooks is seriously injured. He came out of the game after being tackled from behind, and he was eventually carried off the sidelines to the locker room by one of his teammates. It's just conjecture at this point, but it's been suggested he may have broken his foot.

 

Defense looked much better, but of course, Daviess County's offense is rather stagnant. Daviess may have been on Central's side of the field two or three times, and their only red zone posession ended on an INT. Their score came on a 40-50 yard TD pass.

 

Offensively there were times that Central didn't look that sharp, but their first two offensive snaps were not among them. Their first play from scrimmage was a 69 yard TD pass, their second a 60 yard TD rush.
