Defending 8th Region champion Trimble County travels to Goshen, KY to tangle with the North Oldham Lady Mustangs.

With all the 29th District seeding games done except for this one, the standings are as follows:

Trimble County 2 wins 0 losses

South Oldham 2 wins, 1 loss

Oldham County 1 win, 2 losses

North Oldham 0 wins, 2 losses

Regardless of the outcome of this game, the District matchups will be as follows:

#1 Trimble Co vs. #4 North Oldham

#2 South Oldham vs. #3 Oldham County

If TC beats NO, TC finishes in first and North fourth.

Even if NO upsets TC, the Lady Raiders will be tied with South and finish #1 as they defeated South head to head and North will finish fourth as Oldham County beat them head to head.

Still, these two teams have had some interesting matchups in the past. This year, Trimble County plays the role of the "veteran" team, with seniors Kaylee Clifford and Shelbe Black leading the way (seems like those two have been there for at least 10 years! LOL!) North, an extremely young team with only one senior on the team, and no senior starters, has its best days ahead of it, but has had flashes this year.

Trimble will be trying to start the stretch run, building on their All A success.....North will be trying to erase the bitter memory of the disappointing county rivalry battle with South Oldham on Tuesday that started so promisingly and ended in a rout. For the Lady Mustangs, watch for A. T. Procter; the talented shooting guard has the ability to shoot from long range and is the Lady Mustangs' catalyst.

Live coverage of the game will be on the Pegasus Sports Network, beginning at 7 pm ET. The Pegasus Sports Network - PSN The video coverage will be LIVE and also archived on the website indefinitely.

Trimble needs to avoid the dreaded All A hangover. They've had the week off and that could either help or hurt them. They won't overlook them either way. This game last year got off to a rocky start for TC but they recovered for the win. I can't be there so I'll be tuning in!
