Mark "Polo" Easterling has been hired as the new head football coach at Morgan County. My understanding is that he was an assistant on the coaching staff last year.

Easterling also had a 4-year stint as the head baseball coach, and has been the head softball coach at MCHS since 2015. He also serves as the school's athletic director.

Congratulations, and good luck Coach Easterling! Sounds like you're one dedicated man!

All of this is true, except Polo did not coach any football last year. He was an assistant from 2012-2015 I believe though. I honestly believe he will make a huge impact on the program.
