How does the administration factor in to what is going on at Ryle? They can't be the reason for the lack of kids wanting to play for the basketball team. I thought their middle school typically has pretty good teams and records. So what is it they are wanting to change at the middle school level? Seems like things are pretty good there until they move up to the high school level.

Sometimes you just don't have the players, Ryle has a few good players, Coach McFarland works as hard as any coach in the area. Have saw Ryle twice this year, the kids play hard, they are just not real deep and don't have a lot of size. People just love to blame coaching,I am a Holmes guy and people last year enjoyed saying the Coaching was the problem, we just didn't have the talent that we had a few years ago, we had a few good players, but no Pitmans or Johnsons, things go in cycles, its easy to blame coaching, but if you are not at practice and with the players daily, it seems to be an easy out, I for one would have no problem for my son if in high school to play for a class person, great guy and a coach who cares for the players like he does.
