Final from Owenton. Mason Wilson with 30, Justin Rassman 16, and Austin Steurer 13. GC now stands at 4-2.

A good win for Gallatin, I would think they are the favorite in the district this year. They moved the ball great in this game. They could easily be 6-0 this year, lost a bad one in Walton in OT, and let go of a 4th quarter lead against a good Collins team. If Rassman and Wilson get going early offensively, they are a hard duo to stop. Still a lot of big games ahead for them to prove themselves as an elite region 8 team. I think this Owen county team will decrease the deficit to Gallatin after Tacket gets healthy, but that is a very large gap to fill in order to beat the GC boys.
