I seen they are tied for 1st place again, and they beat ODU.

Someone can correct me, but if WKU wins this weekend and La Tech loses, then yes they will host. If both win out then no. The C-USA Championship will be played at La Tech (both have one loss, but won head to head).

You are correct. LA Tech will host WKU if both win, as expected, this weekend.
