2018 USF/Illinois moved to Soldier Field

Featured Replies

Illinois is looking to do an out of conference game at Soldier Field every 4 years. This game will start that schedule.

I've never been to Soldier Field and love Chicago. The Cubs and White Sox will still be playing, too. Maybe the Bears will be in town that weekend or the next. Notre Dame could also be playing at home the week before or after. With my propensity for bunching games together around USF road contests, this could be a killer road trip.

@coldweatherfan, I was really looking forward to visiting Champaign, though. You definitely have to tailgate with us for the Illini/Bulls game next year at Ray Jay. I'm looking forward to being shown how it's done. :thumb:

I am planning on being there for that game.
