Ben Bruni is on the Verge of a New Record for a Start at Warren East

Warren East has won their first three ball games only four times before Ben Bruni guided the Raiders to a 3-0 start this year. Those years were 1978, 1981, 1997, and 2001. A win over Allen County-Scottsville in their district opener Friday will mean that East won their first four games in a season for the first time ever!

 

Jeremy Britt was a junior on the 1997 East team before transferring to Danville for his senior year in 1998.

Bruni has done a good job and Warren East is obviously improved, but it also helps not having Warren Central and Greenwood on the schedule early as was the case two years ago.
