Video shows apparent drive-by shooting in Price Hill - Cincinnati News, FOX19-WXIX TV CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Police are trying to figure out who appears to be shooting at a crowd of people in a Price Hill neighborhood. A video that has been circulating on Facebook shows a man recording himself in the back of a car aiming a handgun out the window and firing at about a dozen people — most of which appear to be minors. It is unclear if the weapon was real or if projectiles were fired. However, no injuries in that area have been reported. Cincinnati Police say they are aware of the video and are investigating. A department spokesperson tells FOX19 NOW that this incident could carry misdemeanor charges of aggravated menacing, or felony charges of felonious assault if someone was hurt. The video had been viewed more than 90,000 times, but has since been taken down. "It's crazy. That's not funny. They're shooting at little kids,” said one woman who lives nearby. “That's not funny. I don't think it's cute. You're think you're big? That's not cool. That's not the cool thing to do." The video appears to have been filmed on Ross Avenue near Warsaw Avenue in Price Hill. It’s unclear if the gun is a pellet gun, BB gun, a real gun or something else at this point, but Cincinnati Police are still investigating.

Lucky whatever kind of weapon it was that bystanders weren't hurt and damn lucky there wasn't a CPD patrol car that saw them or they'd might not be laughing right now. Somebody knows who these guys are, it's just who will have the cojones to turn the names in.
