As an outsider, my first instinct would be to ask that same question as just on the surface I couldn't see it as nothing more than a lateral move at best, if that. But then I don't know the situations that may exist at each school either.

Steve Sparks citing "philosophical differences" should be a huge red flag for any prospective coach.
