What does Harrison need to do to improve in 2016? What do they need to keep doing to be successful? Remember, please be constructive.

I know they lost Jenkins at QB, Williams at WR, and Davis at WR. Their first two games are West Jessamine and South Laurel, slightly easier than last year. This should give them some momentum going into game three. I think the support staff that Neil Furnish has surrounded himself with is doing a great job. Neil Furnish is definitely one of the states top young coaches. I think they will have to establish a run game, and improve leaps and bounds on the defensive side of the ball in order to improve on their 4 win season last year. That program was in the dumps, I'm sure it has been a tough road for the staff and the kids, hopefully they can continue to improve and put up 5-7 wins this season.

I do think Furnish is the long term answer to the myriad of coaches that have come and gone since Graham abruptly resigned several years ago. Unfortunately....IMO, it will take a monumental effort to gain 5 wins with the current roster. Harrison is still battling the numbers game...and its hard to see how they compete with some of the big boys in 4A with 40-50 kids. Big question marks surround the skill positions. Despite the program heading in the right direction.....I see a slide coming this year.
