Nick Craddock gets the start and the W. Armstrong gets the L for CCH.

 

CCH had beaten Conner twice already this season, so a good win and some redemption for the Cougars.

 

Borman busts out of a mild slump and went 2-2 and pitched the final out for the save. Manning went 2-3.

 

CCH leaders were Pitzer and Picirrillo who had 2 hits apiece.

 

Conner is now 16-4 (2-1) on the season.

Tough loss for Armstrong. He pitched well. Left the game at 1-0. Not sure if the run was earned or not...my perspective is not earned.

Yes, Craddock pitched. He did quit the team a couple of weeks ago. He immediately knew he had made a mistake and went to Arlo. Arlo let the seniors take a vote and they elected to let him return after serving a one-week suspension. The game vs Cov Cath was his first game back.
