Coach Shane Smith has taken over the boys basketball program at Union County, leaving the girls head coaching position open.

dc knows but won't tell us at this time.

Heard they have interviewed 4-5 people. Most are from out of town. Not sure of names.

I heard John Paul cummins was in the race for the job. Would be a great hire.

Bill Price will be the next girls coach at Union.

He would be a great one if he decided he wants to do it. Cummings has not been at CCHS in several years

I heard from a friend that Coach Price told but nothing official from school or their AD.

It is official per AD Tackett and his twitter account. Bill Price will be the girls coach next season.
