Late errors doomed MC in the loss to NC. Umpire had a very tight strike zone leading to several walks by both teams.

Nice win for the Blue Jackets.

Not saying he wasn't consistent, but both team's pitchers were getting very frustrated (as well as the parents). Nothing above the belt or at the knees and nothing on the inside black. I think a combined 22 walks for the teams. And the pitchers weren't wild. Starter for NC asked to come out because she got so worked up after 2 innings. MC girl had never walked that many before (I think she had 8) in 5 innings.

So nobody adjusted to the strike zone, pitchers or hitters ? .....wait, this was a 14 - 10 game.

By my count that's 24 runs on 22 walks....somebody must have hit the ball, correct ?
