FLEMINGSBURG - What rust?

Less than a week removed from from the hardwood, Mason County pitcher Darren Williams toed the rubber for the first time on the diamond. He rewarded coach Tom Posey and the rest of the Royals team with a complete game, two-hit shutout as Mason County took down Fleming County 3-0 for their first win of the season.

The senior hurler was in complete command, walking just one batter and allowing five base runners all game.
