Incident @ Campbell Co. Middle School - Everyone is OKAY. Students are being moved to the High School.

Alexandria PD SRO received a threat of suspicious package at CCMS. The student involved is not cooperating and therefore, safety precautions have been taken. All children and staff are being removed by bus to the Campbell Co. High School. Police & Fire are working on making identification. One juvenile suspect is in custody.

 

Everyone is SAFE! All children are fine.

UPDATE: Campbell County Middle School cleared for students to return, per police.

E-mail from school said that a kid made a verbal threat (no mention of package).
