Final

Golden Eagles advance to their 5th straight title game. Will play the Magoffin/Lawrence winner.

Johnson Central wins every quarter and both teams clear the bench late. JC was led again by Cole Crace with 22 points and Mason Blair with 16 points. East Ridge kept it close for along time, but a few live ball turnovers that led directly to buckets in the 4th proved too much. The Warriors were led by Dawson Clark off the bench with 14 points.

JC Head Coach Tommy McKenzie wins 20th game for 7th time in his 9 year career and advances to his 6th Regional Title game in those 9 years (4-1 in title games currently). The man can coach and develop like none other and he is still on 34 years of age.

This sets up a repeat of last years regional title game where JC defeated LC. This is the first time since 2002 and 2003 that we have had back to back finals with the same teams (Shelby Valley defeated Paintsville in both years). Should be a great game!
