March 6, 201610 yr Author Louisville hosts Longwood, Tuesday night. Notre Dame comes to town for a weekend series to open conference play Friday afternoon at JPat.
March 7, 201610 yr Funkhouser was dominant (other than another shaky 4th inning) on FRI with 12 Ks. He still had way too many pitches through 4, but was very efficient in the next 3. More of that will be welcome. McKay was quality on SAT. Harrington pitched very well on SUN. Bullpen was solid. Tiberi continues to rake. HR on SUN and still batting .500 on a cool 20 for 40 to start the season!!! That said, Princeton does not represent the caliber of team they will face in the ACC. Not sure what Notre Dame has this year, but glad to have them at home to kickoff the schedule.
