I was told in a three team scrimmage of Boyd East and Rowan that East Carter was the best team.

 

I think East Carter will suprise a few people this year.

I wathced the game last night between Boyd County and Somerset. Boyd county not very solid looked to me like the same team they had last year. They tied the Jumpers 14-14 made a big play at the end intercepting ross as the clock ran down. Defense isnt bad they get beat over the top a lot however they do have the ability to stop the run. Could be a decent year for the County as you call yourselfs. I do not see this team making much noise though.

From what I hear Coach Evans has instilled some discipline on this team, that is definetly something we lacked last year. It might take Evans a couple of years to build by instilling Discipline, but the County will get back to being respectful. Still a shame that with all the talent we had last year, that we wasnt better than we were.

 

I have taken a few months off from posting due to only being a Football fan, but now I am ready for the LIONS to surprise some teams....Go Boyd.
