December 16, 201510 yr Ashford Stud just gained American Pharoah and a few weeks later lost maybe their best stud. Scat Daddy died suddenly of a heart attack. He was a multiple grade 1 winner himself, but was a successful stud of 69 graded stakes winners. RIP.
January 20, 201610 yr Author Update on another...Gulch was euthanized this past week at age 32 after a fight with cancer. He was one of the premier attractions at Old Friends Equine Retirement Center. He was a former Breeder's Cup winner as well as other Grade 1, and he was pretty successful as a stud.

I expect nothing but the same class and decorum from the rest of BGP nation.
